How to Volunteer:
All of the amazing individuals who make up our organization are volunteers. If you would like to be a part of this winning team, whether as a coach, team parent, or member of our Board of Directors, please see the information below on how to volunteer. Please note, all certifications and background checks listed below are REQUIRED by the Bert Bell Memorial Conference. Unfortunately, no other certifications or background checks will be accepted by the league other than those listed below. For any questions with volunteering please contact wceaglestackle@gmail.com
NCSI PA State Clearances and Background Check:
Any volunteer position that requires an individual's "on field" presence during game days/ practices is required to complete the NCSI Background Check. Please follow the steps below in order to successfully complete your Background Check prior to the start of the season - Aug. 1st.

1. Please visit https://www.ncsisafe.com/Default.aspx and select "Start your Background Screen Now"
2. Please enter the following eight digit code into the "Self Registration Number" field - 41304240.
(This 8 digit code is unique to West Chester and will ensure you screening gets sent to us).
3. It is important when entering your name, that you use your full legal name as written on your
current ID (state drivers license, passport or state ID with name and DOB) and making sure to enter your SSN correctly.
4. Once all of your information has been filled out and your form submitted, please allow 10 business days for screening to complete.

Coaching Certifications:
As a part of the Bert Bell Memorial Conference, all coaches (head and assistant) are required to be "Heads Up" Certified by the USA Football Program. To complete your "Heads Up" certification, please complete the following steps;

1. Visit https://usafootball.com/ and create a free login / profile.
2. Once a login is created, please select "Bert Bell Memorial Football Conference" as your Organization within your profile to ensure your certifications get properly emailed to our league.
3. Once your profile is complete, please select "Get Certified" in the top right corner making sure to then select "Youth Coaches".
4. From there you will be prompted to complete 9 online courses / videos to complete your certification.
5. Please note The "Heads Up" Certification fee is 10 dollars to complete.
